Welcome to the Pro Brew booth here at CBC! This year, we're excited to present our ProFill 200, a state-of-the-art 200 can per minute rotary counter-pressure can filler. This versatile machine is capable of handling various can sizes and types, from sleek cans to standard cans, ranging from 8 ounces to 19.2 ounces. It's an excellent choice for craft brewers, distillers, RTD (ready-to-drink) and seltzer manufacturers, as it can efficiently fill both carbonated and non-carbonated beverages.
The ProFill 200 is a robust and reliable workhorse, designed to operate seamlessly throughout the lifetime of your brewery operations. It's ideal for those looking to eventually scale up to our larger 300 or 600 can per minute lines. Now, let’s take a closer look at some of the key features of this machine.
Around the back, you can see our can infeed and outfeed system, which works seamlessly with our seamer. This particular model features 20 filling heads and 4 seaming heads, allowing it to achieve the impressive speed of 200 cans per minute, particularly for the 12-ounce variety.
