The ProFill line of can filling systems meets today's can production requirements and provides a foundation for future growth, focusing on product quality and production efficiency.
The deaeration systems enhance filling performance while reducing costs. The flash pasteurization system effectively removes unwanted microorganisms and byproducts. TechniBlend's clean-in-place (CIP) systems reduce loop size and CIP times by up to 50%, conserving chemicals, water, and energy. CIP On-Demand offers significant savings in resources, essential for frequent changeovers.

ProFill Can Filler at Central Waters Brewery
The ProFill Can lines are state-of-the-art, high-speed, mechanically controlled can filling systems designed around proven European True Counter-Pressure-Gravity filling technology and can seaming technology. Easy changeover between 12oz, 16oz and other can sizes offers brewers a wide range of flexibility, while the true, continuous motion rotary seaming system delivers more consistent seaming performance, and smoother can transfer. VFD controlled drive system allows the ProFill Can filler to speed up and slow down to meet line demand, changing filling speeds from 100 CPM (cans per minute) on 12oz cans to 300 CPM. Integrated, under-cover gassing virtually eliminates oxygen pickup, maintaining industry leading O2 pickup levels of ≤ 30ppb (parts per billion).
